Beta Program Agreement

Last Updated:

This Beta Program Agreement ("Beta Agreement") is entered into by and between Reer, Inc. ("Reer," "we," or "us") and you ("User" or "you"). It supplements the Reer Terms of Service and End User License Agreement and applies to all participants in the Reer early access / beta program ("Beta Program"). By accepting access to the Beta Program, you agree to the terms below.

1. Beta Access Tiers

The Beta Program offers two tiers of access:

Invitation Access (Selected Users): Reer may, at its sole discretion, invite selected users to receive Invitation Access to the Beta Software at no charge. Invitation Access includes an expanded daily usage allowance and may include early access to features that have not yet been publicly released, at Reer's sole discretion. Access is granted via a unique license key issued personally to the recipient. License keys are non-transferable and may not be shared with or distributed to any third party. Unauthorized sharing of a license key may result in immediate revocation of access.

Free Trial (General Sign-Up): Any user who registers through the Reer website may access the Beta Software at no charge, subject to a daily usage allowance. Free Trial does not include early access to unreleased or upcoming features. Upon sign-up, you will automatically be added to Reer's waitlist for Invitation Access. Being added to the waitlist does not guarantee, nor does it constitute a commitment, that Invitation Access will be granted.

Both tiers grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the beta version of the Reer plug-in (the "Beta Software") solely for evaluation and feedback purposes during the Beta Period.

2. Beta Period

The Beta Period begins on the date you receive access and ends when Reer notifies you of its conclusion, or when Reer releases a generally available version of the Software, whichever occurs first. Reer may extend, shorten, or terminate the Beta Period at any time at its sole discretion. Daily credit allowances and usage limits applicable to Limited Beta Access are set by Reer and may be modified at any time.

3. Use at Your Discretion

The Beta Software is still in active development and may contain bugs, incomplete features, or unexpected behavior. You are welcome to use it on any file or project, though we recommend reviewing any changes it makes before applying them to critical or client-facing work. Reer is not responsible for unintended modifications or data loss resulting from use of the Beta Software during this period.

4. Sharing and Public Disclosure

We encourage you to share your experience with the Reer Beta Software publicly, including on social media, community forums, blogs, and with colleagues. You are welcome to post screenshots, recordings, reviews, and opinions about the Software. We simply ask that you make clear when sharing that the product is in beta and that your experience reflects an early version of the Software.

Your license key (if applicable) is personal to you and must not be shared publicly or transferred to others, even when sharing content about the Software.

5. Feedback

Reer welcomes your feedback, bug reports, and suggestions during the Beta Program. By submitting any feedback, you grant Reer a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and incorporate that feedback into Reer's products and services without any obligation to you. You acknowledge that Reer may already be developing similar improvements independently.

6. No Compensation

Participation in the Beta Program is voluntary. You will not receive financial compensation for your participation or for providing feedback. If Reer provides Beta Software to you at no charge, you acknowledge this as sufficient consideration for your obligations under this agreement.

7. Data Collection

During the Beta Period, Reer will collect additional usage data to diagnose issues and improve the Software, as described in our Privacy Policy. This may include more detailed telemetry than the generally available product will collect. By participating in the Beta Program, you consent to this enhanced data collection.

8. No Warranty

THE BETA SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITH NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. REER EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

REER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE BETA SOFTWARE, INCLUDING ANY DAMAGE TO OR LOSS OF DATA, FILES, OR DESIGN WORK.

10. Termination

Reer may revoke your beta access at any time for any reason. Upon termination or expiration of the Beta Program, you must cease use of the Beta Software and delete all copies.

11. Relationship to Other Agreements

This Beta Agreement is incorporated into and subject to the Reer Terms of Service and EULA. In the event of a conflict between this Beta Agreement and those documents, this Beta Agreement shall govern with respect to the Beta Program.
