We’re looking for a Founding Software Engineer to join our core team. This is a full-time role (on-site in Palo Alto) where you’ll work closely with the founding team to design, develop, and scale Reer’s leading CAD agent. You’ll play a key role in building robust full-stack systems, integrating with top CAD platforms, and experimenting with cutting-edge AI workflows.

• Build AI agent platform to redefine human x AI collaboration in CAD
• Develop CAD plug-ins, workflows, and integrations
• Build mission-critical features for professional users and enterprise partners
• Own problems end-to-end: contribute to architecture, review each other's code, and move fast

Qualifications ✅

• Strong foundation in Computer Science fundamentals
• Proficiency in CAD APIs (RhinoCommon, Revit API, Fusion API, etc.)
• Proficiency in full-stack development (Node.js, Python, or similar)
• Passion in designing and developing agent-based systems (AI agents, MCP frameworks, and workflow automation) experience doesn’t matter that much, we care about whether you are self-driven to learn, adapt, and iterate.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
